伊東市民グランド付近、観光の方はあまり通らないだろうなと思われる通り沿いに、厨房 華楽（からく）はあります。
台湾人のオーナーは以前務めていた会社が伊東に支社を持っていて、訪れてみたらあまりの美しさに一目惚れして、ここに住みたいと台湾料理のレストランをスタートしたらしいです。
コロナ禍にもかかわらず、2021年の年末にお店をオープン。
大変なことも多いと思いますが、オーナーさんは話している間終始笑顔で、人の良さがにじみ出ているというよりは、溢れてでているなと思いましたｗｗ
お味のほうはというと、台湾には一度しか行ったことがないので、偉そうなことはいえませんが、完全に台湾の味というよりは日本よりの台湾の味だと思います。
オーナーさんもそうしていると言っていました。

Near Ito Shimin Grand, along a street where tourists may not often pass by, there is a restaurant called Chubo Karaku.
The Taiwanese owner had a branch of his former company in Ito and fell in love with the beauty of the area when he visited, so he started a Taiwanese cuisine restaurant with the desire to live here.
Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the restaurant opened at the end of 2021. Although there may have been many difficulties, the owner was smiling throughout the conversation, and I thought that his kindness was not just oozing out, but overflowing.
As for the taste, I can’t claim to be an expert since I have only been to Taiwan once, but I think it’s more of a Taiwanese flavor with a Japanese influence than a purely Taiwanese taste.
The owner also said so. Please come and visit!

在伊東市民大道附近，沿著一條遊客可能不經常經過的街道，有一家名叫厨房華樂（Karaku）的餐廳。
這位台灣老板以前在伊東的公司有一個分支機構，當他來訪問時，他愛上了這個地方的美麗，因此他開始經營這家台灣料理餐廳，希望在這裡生活。
儘管COVID-19疫情的影響，這家餐廳於2021年年底開業。儘管可能有很多困難，但老板一直在微笑著說話，我認為他的善良不僅在滲透，而是在溢出。
至於味道，我只去過台灣一次，所以不能自認為專家，但我認為它更像是帶有日本影響的台灣風味，而不是純粹的台灣味道。

有黑醋的地方很好。水餃等食物配上黑醋很好吃。(^^)
